Can I pick up my order?

Yes, please schedule an appointment before dropping by. We do not keep regular hours.

Are you accepting commissions?

It depends on our current workload. Please email histudiobaik@gmail.com with details on what you are hoping to have made. Commissions take up to 12 weeks to complete.

Are you accepting wholesale orders?

At this time, we are unable to take wholesale orders due to limited production capacity.

What is your refund policy?

We cannot accommodate returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations. Thank you for understanding.

My shipment has been lost, or damaged during delivery.

Studio Baik will not be liable for loss in shipment or delivery. We also pack all deliveries with extreme care so that it should not get damaged during delivery. Studio Baik will not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged during shipment due to poor handling or storage.

Ceramics care instructions

While all pieces are dishwasher safe, it is recommended to hand wash to extend the longevity of each piece.

Heating Caution

Please note that dark-coloured clay bodies tend to overheat easily, so take caution when microwaving and/or using such pieces to consume hot food or beverages.
